Townsend Associates Real Estate, Inc. has been marketing the finest properties in Boston for over 70 years. Now in its third generation, Townsend Associates continues to be a family run business whose members grew up on Beacon Hill.

Thomas H. Townsend, President, is a life-long resident of Beacon Hill. He has specialized in selling high-end real estate in Boston and is one of the foremost experts in Beacon Hill real estate.

His daughter, Elizabeth Townsend, ABR, GRI, rejoined the firm after earning her MBA and has 10 years experience selling real estate in Boston's downtown neighborhoods.

Together they specialize in selling and renting residential real estate and represent buyers and sellers in Boston's historic downtown neighborhoods including: Beacon Hill, the Back Bay, the South End and Charlestown. They are Realtor members of LINK and MLS.
